Urine odor on 3rd foor corridors, in elevator area. It was the same last year. Now they introduces refreshener machines, but you can still smell it. Everything else was great

In general the hotel was good, room was big, breakfast and dinner were good. Beach and the sea were beautiful.
the hotel was too big and our rooms were far from elevator, i didn't like the fact that we couldn't use all beach beds as the best ones were reserved for suite rooms and those are shown on the photos when I booked this hotel Pool was not very clean, especially the one with the bar.

Wonderful
We loved the big resort with everything we needed and more being accessible, delicious food and drinks, pools and activities for kids, being served on the beach sunchair, friendly staff, nice beach with clean water. The room was very nice, big with comfortable beds.
The bathroom could use some refurbishing as it was hard to take a shower in the tub without flooding the bathroom floor and there was some mould in some corners. It was obviously a very good choice for families with kids as were we, but the Athos buffet restaurant gets quite noisy because of that . The Exclusivi app was nice, but for first-timers it would be great to have some kind of map of the resort to be able to get around and explore it better.
